Working with the patients and creating your own schedule
Cons
Patients are scheduled by other clinicians that do not see your schedule. If visits are excessive and you can't see them all, management requires that you inaccurately document reasons as to save the office staff time. Poor support, and you are required to document missed visits, inaccurately and without pay. Visits scheduled to you even while on vacation or sick, then you're required to, again, document inaccurately without pay.
