I have been working at Education First full-time for less than a year

    Pros

They have lesson plan guides that you can use to help make your own lesson plan for your lessons. My coworkers work with each other and help each other whenever anyone needs help.

    Cons

Having to keep up with other teachers to make sure grades and other computer tasks are submitted on time. You sometimes find yourself working pass 8 pm, but that's only to make sure everything is done and submitted.

    Cons

Long weekend hours Sometimes poor communication between upper management and the branches Company should be called Money First because that is their priority (not the students or employees) , but they do help the employees in other regards such as medical or personal needs so it could be worse
