Pros
Even though they exists in a highly competitive sales firm, the company successfully maintains the balance of work and life of the employees using the support structures driven by the owners and good hand from few good people existed there.
Cons
Got a bit off the charts and rattled their workflow by introducing little too much changes into the system. Shook the support structures I meant earlier and now they're back in track and reviving well enough to their old pathways.
