    There is plenty of opportunity to travel and learn new technologies

    Cons

    They do not keep up with current pay standards and knowledge and length of service are not rewarded financially

    Advice to Management

    Management needs to look at the core employees and recognize those that keep the company moving forward year after year. There needs to be recognition beyond the occassionaly attaboy.

    Pros

    Great industrial company once a big reference in the energy sector (power transformers). Has been affected by crisis and lack of orders

    Cons

    It was a great industrial conglomerate, now in the hands of foreign capitalists (Angola capital), not clear where does it end and where wants to go. A lot establishments

    Look what you can do for the younger generations

    Good know how in project management and risk management

    Minor chances to grow up if not native worker, benefits not related to the performance
