Micro managing. If they want to know something management won't ask if there is an issue just move desks listen then think they know the answer They ask for feedback but they have already made up their mind makes it seem formal and professional Lots of layoffs company is struggling Management don't know what to do so they just fire and re hire a bunch of people Product in general is bad as well they just B book 95% or more of the traders Joel has anger issues and makes assumptions Communication is awful teams in other departments not willing to help and if they do it is generic
