    Pros

The pace is fast at Eka, but the work is interesting and the team is great. Everyone is enthusiastic and energetic and it creates a positive, friendly atmosphere.

    Cons

It is sometimes challenging working with team members across various time zones, but I am not sure that's avoidable since it's a global company. .

    Pros

Indian company cloak and dagger to look American. Injection of fresh capital from ex-Triple Point Technology owners.

    Cons

Clueless American management from ex-Triple Point. Poorly managed company with ineffective managers. Notorious management reputation carried over from Triple Point for screwing clients (over promising, over hype and under delivering).

    Advice to Management

Learn to be honest and stop screwing clients. Reputation of the company is going downhill

    Cons

No Amenities In Terms Of Cab, Work Culture, Work Environment, Employees, HR's & Their Policies.

    • No Cab facility.
    • Work Culture-
You come office at 10am & when you're about to leave at 7pm they get you some work.
    • Work Environment-
No one is gonna appreciate your work, they just kick you around.
No cubicles here ; You can see n hear others whispering, shouting, chuckling, back-biting & clattering.
    • Employees-
Each n every one (Coordinates & Superordinates) is so judgmental.
They think that company is working because of their work & we are nothing doing.
They like to keep a watch at your PC :P

    - One of the true product organizations that is valued as a career enhancer, especially for Product Managers.

    Cons

    - No cab facility.
    - Strong team work is lacking.
    - Company should hire a data-focused Chief Product Officer.
    - More outbounds are required.

I worked at Eka Software Solutions full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Spent almost 4 years at Eka before leaving. Never have I ever felt I was doing mundane tasks.

Assignments are anew each day, keeps you up with challenging work - and the senior leadership knows what they are doing.

Have never received calls post 7 PM, unless they were super urgent, so a healthy work-life balance can be achieved right from the beginning of your career.

Good pay and perks. Snacks on the house every day with pay-use vending machine on the site!

Excellent HR and communication team, and many business professionals are actually SMEs in their areas, so, it's not a surprise if you see yourselves immersed in intelligent and valuable conversations.

Location is good and secure - A lean team, but gives the feel and sense of a large sorted corporate organization.

Energy levels of employees are good to mediocre - not too loud, not way too subtle as well, just the right balance.

They are doing pretty good in the niche space they cater to, so I won't be surprised if they emerge as the next enterprise giant in the next 7-10 years.

If you are looking to make a stable career with the right amounts of work-life balance, go for Eka.

    Cons

For programmers, they need to find innovative ways to keep abreast with the technologies.

Internal movements are happening, but don't expect it like an Accenture or an SAP. Eka is still a mid-size enterprise.

    No midday lunch available.

    Advice to Management

Please invest time in leadership development. They are pretty good, but they need to also be a little more vocal and voice their opinions. Have more out-bounds and picnics.

I worked at Eka Software Solutions full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

sal is good, work life balance is satisfactory

    Cons

I worked in PDM team. Lots of cons found out while working here or giving demo to the client
Product is not industry standard. There is no proper vision. Though its name is Commodity Analytics Cloud (CAC) but there are no cloud or analytics feature in the product. It is named like this only to attract investors and loot their money

Each time Marketing/PDM team has to hear out same type of comments from the clients. Why UI is so bad, why there is no basic cloud features, and most importantly why there is no proper intelligent analytics

Question is , why should I buy your product

I am not from technical background, but I think there is a serious problem from the technical side of the product, it is not properly developed.

There is no good techie people in the upper management who can guide from the front

Eka has lot of things to offer from domain side. But technically it is seriously in bad shape

    Advice to Management

an experienced chief technology officer is needed who can guide technically and take suggestions from people

    Work Life Balance is maintained.

    Cons
