Pros
Worked on one of the biggest project at the time. Excellent project management and very knowledgable colleagues; very efficient processes in place to follow the best software development practices which eliminated the guessing game for the developers and kept code quality pretty high.
Cons
People rotation is above average. Can't think of any other cons.
