Pros

They allow 60 minute lunch break, but don't leave early or be 1 minute late, you'll be making that time up!

Cons

Management is a joke, VP is constantly out of the office and very demanding. Expects things done on his time and expects people to travel and work on weekends with no compensation. Treats his employees like children and isn't above teasing or joking to make you feel uncomfortable in your role. Products are inferior and don't come close to meeting expectations of customers. Very niche market

Pros

Everyone is very welcoming and my current manager is very supportive. I get on well with everyone in the team and have got a lot of exposure and experince. Good bonus scheme and early finish on a Friday. Great environment to learn and develop in. Really good work life balance.

Cons

I think it would be great if the company could introduce flexitime.

Pros

Free tea and coffee and great kitchen facilities. Holiday buy back option is also good.

Cons

In the last 10 years it has drastically dropped in standard, from rates of pay, to staff being unfairly treated, it is now a shell of a company that it once was. People are dropping like flies from Elcometer, there has never been so many people leaving. I wonder why?? My advice is DO NOT get a job at Elcometer, it only keeps getting worse.
