      Company wants to create and foster a strong culture. Flexible about hours / working from home. Interest in doing good in the world by focusing design on non-profits & foundations. Annual design event in Tahoe.

      Cons

      Chaotic & fast paced. Sometimes intentions don't always pan out in practice. Budgets of non-profits aren't always big enough to pay for types of projects desired.
