I have had an incredible experience working at EG from day one, I have felt welcomed and valued by the entire team. The positive work culture for sure! The management team is not only approachable but also supportive of their employees’ growth and development. The opportunities for learning and advancement are abundant, and I’ve had the chance to take on exciting challenges that have helped me expand my skill set. One of the things I appreciate the most about EG is work-life balance. There’s a real sense of teamwork, and everyone is willing to collaborate and share knowledge. It’s inspiring to be a part of such a motivated and talented group of individuals. I am also transitioning out in a few days to pursue my last year of college. They were very supportive and I am excited to come back once I graduate! I recommend EG to anyone seeking a dynamic, inclusive, and supportive work environment. It’s not just a job; it’s a place where you can thrive and make a meaningful impact. I am truly grateful to be a part of this amazing company. Can’t wait to come back!

Hands on training and mentorship that last a lifetime. A family bond that you will not find anywhere else. Dedicated directors and teams that are willing to give you what you need to be successful.

Some of the days are longer but the work thats being done makes it so worth it.

I love working with Elite Generations. Everyone is friendly, growth minded, and genuinely excited to be there, which i havent experienced at any other company. The culture legitimately feels like you're part of a supportive family. They are very transparent and honest about the growth into management and what it entails, while coaching every step of the way to ensure you're consistently growing and learning. The job itself is very simple, so it's easy to make well beyond a living wage

I need to personally be challenged at my job. I get bored and fidgety when I feel like things are becoming too routine. I like to share things up and this job offered me that.

I had a great time working for Elite Generations but had to leave unfortunately because my family and I had to move. I could have seen myself working there for longer if my circumstances were different. At the end of the day my time there taught me a lot about the industry and helped me develop myself professionally. I am looking forward to going into my next career.
