      Mismanagement, shady business dealings, alcoholism, low pay, unfair standards that are not made clear, high turnover, temperamental moods among management

      Pros

      Payment system with hourly + bonus for installers who are not contract. Super nice for those who are efficient and productive. Semi-casual work environment. Semi-flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      If you aren't good at handling (others) stress in the work environment, this place is not at all for you. A lot of flexuating tension, poor management, and high stress environment. Difficult situations with clients. There was a lack of quality of work area.
