Pros

Decent starting salary, flexible workdays.

Cons

Beyond unfulfilling and dry work, but to each their own. Terrible communication within the company. Childish management attitudes with difficult personalities (at least in the US). Passive-aggressive hiring manager, I won't name any names.

Pros

Tasks generally aren't difficult. Equipment revolves entirely around their own product lines, so the product portfolio isn't a problem to learn quickly. Most of the team is kind, means well, and tries their best to achieve success. They've been purchased by Novo Holdings recently, so in theory, they should have room for growth once they get through the current cost-cutting that Ellab really hasn't bothered to consider in the past. Work-life balance has been decent. No one really works that hard, and long lunches with cocktails are the daily norm.

Cons

It's a bro club. This is unlikely to change, as it comes directly from the president and is enforced by upper management because it maintains the current status quo. Denmark often releases new product lines before they're working properly, which makes their customers beta testers. Some of their more expensive products are known to have never worked by upper management, yet no recalls have been performed, which speaks to their ethics. Pay is lower than industry average. Management makes promises to staff, but almost never holds them.
