      No L&D Salaries haven't been raised in more than two years Minimal opportunity for professional advancement In the last year or two, some benefits were outright discontinued w/o any replacement Large amount of people on Bench just waiting to be laid off

      Pros

      Low level management is good. Depending on team, but overall team environment is not toxic. Various of free education platform subscriptions (Oreilly, Udemy etc)

      Cons

      The company is always in the "transformation". The financial banking sector has been changed and the company can not deal with this challenge. There is no clear policy of how, when and in which way company will transform. C level management can implement the opposite solutions at the same time. We had more than 2 years to prepare to the market change but all different "tries" were discarded and for now we again doing "transformation" from scratch.

      Great technical people, but mostly bored with ongoing reorganization You could get market salary, but only when you are newcomer Competitive company benefits

      Cons

      Majority of business projects are being sold off, no bright future for anyone Lack of sales to come with new projects Developers not developing anything, no new features, mostly only bug fixing and maintenance of existing code
