    Cons

I have not worked there in a few years now and I can tell you mentally that place ruined me..the stress and anxiety that they put on one when they want you gone is something I can't put into words. And Union just know she is employed by emblem also hmmmm...there is no real Union.

A bit messy right now, but maybe it'll improve.

Feb 2, 2023 - Brand Manager in Farmington, CT
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

    Good paid time off policy.

    Cons

Doesn't show compensation value to their current employees, only cares to offer new hires market rate. Departments don't like working together because everyone was overworked and don't want to take on anything else. Lots of structure changing. A lot of policiting and doing it because leadership said so vs real strategy.

We recently partnered with the NYC Department of Education and the Partnership for New York City for a day of career exploration with students from James Madison High School. Tenth-grade students enrolled in the Brooklyn high school’s medical science program visited our corporate headquarters to meet with executives, and network with employee speakers. The day concluded with 10-minute presentations featuring insightful solutions to real-world problems in health care developed by the students themselves. NYC Public Schools Chancellor David C. Banks commented, “I am confident in the growth that will come from our students after they are immersed in this experience and are faced with the endless possibilities for their careers.” Find out more about this inspiring program at the link below.
