Yearly performance reviews and pay increases based on how well you perform. Pay increase can range from 10-15%. Free snack and drink machines, Tuesday lunches for free, no micro-management. Mileage reimbursement for mileage driven to projects or airport. Bonus structure of 1-3% based on overall profit of job minus PM expense, insurance etc. Bonus and mileage are approved and paid usually within the same pay period. Company credit card for project expenses.
Cons
Older systems for financials and management. Seem to have a high turnover of superintendents. Decent work life balance but if something hits the fan they expect you to drop your personal life and make the client priority. No investment in an estimation department. PMs estimate their own jobs. There are yearly performance reviews but with the jump in increases yearly makes me believe that we are under paid compared to industry standard
