Pros

Market share - the company was selling this line when established players weren't

Cons

Had the chance to lead the market but has failed even to keep up. Workloads are punishing and retention is a major problem which makes it worse. Feedback to leadership is dismissed and staff made to feel bad for raising issues. Poor treatment of staff and dishonesty about has led to atmosphere of mistrust. When decisiveness, leadership, expertise needed there's no sign of management but when something goes well they suddenly appear to credit-steal. CEO is either blind to it or chooses to reward loyalty over skill and hard work.

Pros

A coffee machine in the office

Cons

This company is the definition of a toxic work environment. Bullying is not only brushed off — it’s actively enabled by senior staff who clearly turn a blind eye, unless, of course, you’re one of their favourites. Favouritism runs deep, and if you’re not part of the inner circle or the boys’ club, good luck getting any kind of support or fair treatment. Don’t fall for the fake image they try to portray about “family values” and positive culture — it’s all a complete load of rubbish designed to fool outsiders. Behind the scenes, it’s chaos, backstabbing, and dysfunction at every level. Management? An absolute disaster. They have no clue what they’re doing — a bunch of clueless idiots making poor decisions, constantly contradicting themselves, and shifting blame onto others. Staff are overworked, underpaid, and expected to perform under ridiculous pressure with no resources or guidance. There’s zero training, no onboarding, and no support — you’re thrown in the deep end, and then blamed when things go wrong. Staff turnover is through the roof — and for good reason. People either burn out, get fed up, or are blindsided by sudden firings. There’s no respect or communication when it happens, just vague excuses and outright lies to cover it up. The revolving door of employees says more than any fake company value ever could. If you value your time, your mental health, or your career growth, stay far away from this place. There are far better companies out there that treat people with basic respect and actually know how to lead.
