We have grown as an organisation in Wellingborough over the last few years from 120 to 230 employees. As a group we now employ around 480 employees across 4 locations around the UK and Australia. We are committed to supporting all of our employees in their careers and development and as a result many of our team have developed and progressed within the organisation. We are particularly proud of our Apprenticeship programme which gives all successful Apprentices the offer of a full-time role. It is unfortunate that the recruitment of new employees does not always work out as we would hope. We work hard to recruit the right people who will fit with our values and purpose.
