      The people at this employer are by far the best part of the job. I have met some of the most genuine and hard working people here.

      Low pay Little room for growth, unless you switch departments Some management are poor leaders and micromanage

      Pros

      Work/Life balance is good. Annual Raises and pretty consistent. Great work environment and friendly supportive teammates. They are morally and ethically grounded. Somewhat frugal, but will spend money appropriately when needed.

      Cons

      Health Care could be better.
