      Paperwork, Non existant private life, not expected hands on despite what company says, incentive plan rules not clear - do not favors those who really work good, very limited career path within R&D, its nor Reasearch nor Dev't...started to become very much corpo style in the recent years which kills inovativeness (despite what they say and want you to think)

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Cons

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
