Pros
Posibility to work with great clients in the United States. Better employee compensation compared with the average companies in Mexico.
Cons
Zero growth oportunities, once you are assigned to a client it is very difficult to change to other client or position (but if your project ends, then maybe changes to a another position even if it is not your expertise), you need to be friend of the managers to move or grow here. Bad managers, they don't think like leaders only think in don't cause problems to the USA bosses. USA bosses don't really care of the mexican employees, especially of the Mexico offices. Mexico office is very saturated, there are no more place for more people here, and they still hiring more and more. Bad and unfair methodology for annual bonusses. Preference of the middle management to their closest people, only the friends of the managers get Home Office, even some managers don't arrive to the office but when you ask for home office modality they refuse outright. Not a equal environment like the Merida and Colima offices. The work schedule should be from 8am to 5pm, not from 8am to 6pm.
