      Revolving Door Mentality

      Pros

      4th Source has a unique foundation upon which presents the opportunity for growth but they don’t have the management team to execute. If you're looking for a temporary job (3 months) and you like being constantly berated and abused, this is a perfect place for you!

      Cons

      Constant turnover - The entire Sales and Marketing organizations along with the CEO were fired or quit within less than one year. Most within less than 6 months. Zero leadership - no one is driving this bus and it's rapidly heading for a cliff. Brutally hostile environment - the leadership is incompetent and extremely manipulative. There is a culture of aggression and disrespect. No small business leadership experience and extremely unprofessional behavior.

      Leadership is untouchable and doesn't even talk or worry about employees so every decision falls into one person located in Merida, Mexico. Long days (9+ hours), they will tell you anything to hire you, company values are not enforced, career paths are irrelevant they will put you to work in any project without any training even if you don't know the tool just to bill for your time, they hire anyone just say you want the job and it's yours, work-life balance is the worst I spent the longest's days of my life in there.

      Pros

      They are playing in a hot market and following the hot trend of nearshore and onshore IT outsourcing. If you love to work remote with no physical office, this is the perfect place for you (most US sales roles). Several small brand name clients across multiple industries. Strong CEO. Investing in Marketing. Marketing team is smart with high energy. Oracle "competitive and I have swagger/attitude" sales culture. Easy to become a VP. Inc 5000 award. Moving HQ from Canton, GA to NOLA area. LA relationship very positive. Mexico delivery staff seem very happy.

      Cons

      One large Fortune 25 client keeps them alive. Founders not engaged - possibly by design. VP mgm't team has limited to zero small company experience. Sales mom't has limited to zero sales mgm't experience. Weak benefits, no comphrehensive healthcare plan, just a cash stipend. Marketing team is young. No clear GTM plan. Lots of trial and error motion. No equity. Oracle "lap dog, revolving door" sales culture.
