      Flexible schedule. No mandatory classes. Free tranings.

      Cons

      This is the company that has lot of unnecessary trainings that almost of your time will be for tranings and its UNPAID. I mean its okay to implement trainings for the improvement of an employee but here you're like almost everyday you have to be available for the training. Low salary.

      -the classes are checked all the times, so it might be a bit stressful
