      Pros

      My colleagues working at Adesa are very friendly and always helpful. The recent move to hybrid working has been a real positive for work life balance. There is a positive culture throughout the business with the senior managers seemingly very supportive towards colleagues wellbeing and their development.

      Manageable workload, good PTO benefits, forgiving attendance system, very diverse environment.

      Cons

      Zero job security, lower than market pay, impersonable overly pr trained management who will lie to your face, zero growth opportunities, very high turnover, nobody knows each other here.
