Many issues with several projects ranging from invoicing to operations keep the customers on their case, resulting in a usually defensive posture and bad relationships. Many of those problems are never given longterm fixes and are repeated, causing sometimes simultaneous brushfires. There are some favorites who can't do anything wrong, even though their projects are continuously suffering. Things are not always but too often chaotic.
