Cons for starter they will bring your confidence down. They also hold the power to hire and fire you. Hire you because u will get attracted to the name and fire you because they have no work. Some times they have work like mountains and sometimes its desert. Increment is one thing they wanna hide from the world. Its peanuts like literally peanuts and they would tell you that u dint do great work and the employees are like what about the time we stayed all night to pull the submissions. And God forbids if u dare resign. They cant let u go not because u are suddenly valuable but because how dare u leave them. Exit procedure take months. So calculate before joining this Branch.
