For technical and professional staff there are alot of opportunities to work on exciting projects and for mobility around the globe. New systems will help with efficiencies in the long term.
Cons
Senior Management is really disconnected from the struggles that line managers and employees are dealing with. Way too many changes in short period of time. Mergers happened without enough thought to differing cultures and how to maintain employee engagement throughout the process.
