Stay away from Corporate office - Finance AECOM Employee Review

Unbelievable bad, ZERO work/life balance at corporate, 60-80hr weeks no exaggeration , no one smiles or talks to you, i see people getting yelled at by their mgmt constantly, bunch of bully executives, unless you get a VP title stay away. Really disappointed as i was joining for a long term commitment, but left after less than a year. people here are absolutely ruthless, this is not an understatement, processes and procedures are so backwards for company this size. No one will listen to your opinion and want to improve or change things. You will be treated like a slave and be verbally abused. Stay Away. zero diversity After working at several fortune 500 companies this place is pathetic.
