None that I can think of. Health care benefits are good but that is about it.
Cons
No employee focaus. You are just a number of the 44,000 employees. There are no faces to this company. The faces are the employees who management could care less about. Management does not care about hte employees they don't even know who thye are. The offices are mirrors they only see themselves.
