Pros

Large company with lots of opportunities to work if you are an engineer

Cons

Too large, too impersonal, promote executive achievements, forget the people who make the projects happen; are concerned more so with upper management than middle and lower management employees; micromanage things like how many kilowatts an employee will use, ask geoscientists and engineers to become accountants, move 30 year career people from an office into a cube adjacent to a kid out of college, giving each the same amount of space and amenities to do their completely unequal amounts of work. AECOM either does not have the foresight to know how their decisions will affect employees or they don't care.
