Pros
I worked there for over 18 years and met some fantastic people and made some life long friends. The best part of working there were the people that WERE there. Sadly, like myself, most have moved on. The benefits were okay. Unfortunately, in recent years, the best thing about working there was the alternate Fridays off.
Cons
The problem definitely lies with management. They consistently put people in place who are good with finance, but have no idea how to manage and they are set up to fail. They have one of the highest turnover rates in the industry, but consistently let the wrong people leave. They are afraid to make the necessary changes at the top in order to keep the good people that are actually doing the work. AND if you watch the stock, it's not going ANYWHERE! Why would anyone even buy stock in this company. Yet, that is all they care about, keeping the shareholders happy. As long as the executives are making their bonuses, that's all that matters.
