Pros

Great facilities, amazing talent pool, opportunity to work on large projects for distinguished clients.

Cons

If you are okay with working long hours, spending months and months travelling, working with borderline alcoholics and did I mention not getting any recognition or $$ compensation then this is the place for you. The company is concerned with one thing and that's the $$ at the end of each month. Had 12 months worth of full utilisation and great work....well that doesn't matter because you are only as good as your backlog of work. The company has a stringent project manager accreditation process however is full with some of the worst project managers I have ever seen. In addition there is a definite trend of promoting and rewarding the incompetent leaders and ignoring those that actually do the work. Unfortunately if you are assertive and career driven you will also have to take a class in advanced butt kissing in order to get anywhere. So long as you have your head tightly up the rear end of someone senior you will be going places. Expect a pat on the head for your hard work while others take the glory. Do I sound bitter???? I guess 5 years of working your butt off, following the rules and pleasing all around you for nothing will do that to someone. oh and as for the pay, well lets just say 5 years of receiving and exceeds expectations performance rating has provided me with a generous $6000 pay rise. That's over a 5 year period not each year.

Pros

Decent company, good stock plan, good people who want to see you grow

Cons

Very remote management makes things hard, very little team work is locally siloed so its hard for managers to understand the boots on the ground view. Managers are great people but spread very thin, sometimes they accept work before having staff for it(classic consulting move)
