The battered folks from the acquired companies keep leaving, and AECOM is managed by accountants who do not care for the operations work of producing product (design and building), nor do they have any idea of how the real work is done. They are squooshing everyone, including very senior managers who have long had walled offices, into mini-cubes where you cannot lay out a drawing, cannot have a reference book, and are told by know-nothing space planners who have no idea about our work and how we do it that it is all on the web, a big lie.
