Depending on your manager AECOM can offer a flexible work/life balance, and most employees utilize a hybrid or remote schedule.
Cons
As an entry level engineer, I have realized that AECOM struggles to provide a structured training regimen. The learning experience can vary widely depending on who your mentor is and what office you end up working for. AECOM is lacking consistency in standards and how to train new employees between the different offices and regions.
