Good atmosphere District manager is lovely Good opportunities for progress in the company if you want to be underpaid for a few years.
Cons
Pay isn’t great No Sunday rate Bonuses are based on contract instead of hours worked Holidays are based on contract instead of hours worked. If you’re on an 8 hour contract working 40 hour weeks for a year you’re only getting 40 hours of holidays (5 weeks x 8 hours) per year. Senior retail managers overlooking Europe are extremely far removed and unrealistic.
