      Bonus structure is confusing, no raise for more responsibility. DM's not properly trained, unable to assist SM's at times.

      Great manager, amazing product that sells itself. Very reasonable and professional standards and practices. Felt valued, good discount for employees.

      Some younger associates that aren’t geared for retail/don’t take it the most seriously but that’s retail
