      Pros

      ASM Research is a company that genuinely cares about their employees. They do what they can to make work an enjoyable place to be, and they work to provide opportunities for advancement and growth. ASM has a strong focus on health and wellness - from fresh fruit in the break room every day to providing outstanding health insurance. By far the best work environment I've ever experienced.

      None that I can think of. I quite enjoy working here!

      Training was good. Coworkers are helpful.

      Cons

      The pay! $18.81/hr is not worth the amount of work you have to do. They told us in training that there would be a minimal of 3 inbound calls. That was a lie. I've had more than 4 calls come through within the first 2 weeks. The amount of outbound calls you have to make are insane. It's a waste of time. And don't do the evenings because you'll do double the work on outbound calls with no pay differential. Everything is on a spreadsheet and the system that you do use doesn't work.
