      My direct manager is amazing and really fights for our team but not every manager is like that and my situation is unfortunately not very normal from what I hear

      Cons

      It's been very focused on the Agile WoW recently and now it's completely flipped and how they've announced it has brought about alot of trust issues with the current management board of the company
