      - Working on cutting edge engineering and technology - Work culture in your immediate team is very good - Work with talented colleagues - Yearly one time profit sharing to all employees (past 5 years)

      Cons

      - Top management is extremely profit driven - Lack of simple small benefits - Food is very expensive inside the company cafeteria / lunch plaza - Work place infrastructure is pathetic in some buildings - Hard work is not rewarded - There is no financial incentive to work harder. - There is no concept of promotion even if you work to breaking point. - Management is biased

      Pros

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
