Pros

When you are hired they are good in the beginning. Then you realize all is fake and not good and future.

Cons

Very bad experience. People stay in the same salary grade for many years. Difficult to be promoted. A lot of politics. Bully environment and manager see problems but they do nothing. They do zero tolerance day but it is joke. Many fake, blunt, double face managers that care about them self and staff. More employees means more not normal bully situations that nobody want to know about it. Managers never hearth each other. People that are bullied at the end change group or leave. End year evaluation is based on politics and who they like and how they feel and see not what you do. In HR many people but normal employees do not hear anything from them. When you reach max for job grade you got no pay rise and promotion is very difficult or impossible. When you change the job you stay in the same salary. Company try to cut costs more and more. Managers give them self benefits, do not care about employees. If you stay to long here difficult to get new job in or outside Asml. It is difficult to get training. They are saying there is no training just learn on the job.

Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

Cons

Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
