Pros
ASML is a true technology leader with a lot of sharp, smart and driven engineers. If you work in a major field office, or in HQ, there is plenty of opportunity to get involved in exciting and challenging projects. Many different skills are required and appreciated. If you are good enough there is potential for decent growth.
Cons
ASML has grown enormously over the last years, and this comes with some drawbacks. The strong technically oriented company culture has been watered down a bit with the influx of ambitious colleagues. Related to that, depending on the department you might encounter low-level petty politics.
