      Pros

      Collectively, the IQ of this company is probably over 120. Very smart people working towards a common goal. In my 9 years with this company, they went from being #7 in the world to being #1 in the world at designing, marketing, manufacturing, servicing, installing, and supporting the most advanced semiconductor manufacturing machines on the planet.

      Cons

      You either need an advanced degree, or very specific experience to get in. Advancement opportunities are far an few between for people like me (transplanted from a corporate take-over, no specific engineering degree...)
