      Pros

      It's a former startup owned by a very stable Fortune 50 company which is one of the few in the technology industry where there are no layoffs. They provide dinner at no cost to employees four nights a week.

      Cons

      The workload is crushing. Employees are expected to work long hours and weekends to meet product deadlines--the free dinners are provided for those who work past 8pm. Internal politics are unpleasant. Performance scores are forced onto a bell curve.
