      Pros

      Single most important company in litho business, highly innovative, great business, virtually no competition

      Cons

      - Life and balance has never been good and getting worse. - No proper oversight for Wilton management, enjoying too much autonomy. It is apparently clear VHV headquarter does not place proper control on Wilton management. Example is they hire & fire managers at will. - Career mobility very limited due to its size. Once you got out of inner circle, there is no way to recover.

      Pros

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
