      Pros

      Possibilities to travel. Management style is usually pretty good. Exciting work. Responsibility if you push for it. Pay is pretty good. Work/life balance culture is very good.

      Cons

      Flex workers (through agency) have no job security and few benefits. Easy to fade into background and be sidelined if you're not pushing your exposure. A lot of bureaucracy.
