      A leader in its market, ASML gives you ample opportunity to grow. From getting to become software expert to taking Project management role, many options are open for you in this company. -diverse employees. -good remuneration and bonus. -work life balance good.

      -not a lean software company so changes in software often takes time to deliver. -still uses some outdated software tools.

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
