      + Good brand name + Interesting technology and product to work with + Travel

      Cons

      - No onboarding or formal training, results in a very low learning curve - Pace of work is really really slow... you will be waiting most of the time instead of working - 0 communication from office/management towards engineers in field - Job is quickly getting simplified over time and is in no way a good fit for someone with a university degree - Bullying/intimidation by lower management
