      -Great culture in Europe ( lacking in U.S.) -Company is open to employee feedback/development -Opportunity to travel -Very competitive pay & profit sharing (10%-18% of salary) -Opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds in the world

      Cons

      -Limited career growth possibility (if not at HQ in The Netherlands). -Mundane/dull work environment in U.S.

      Pros

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
