      Really interesting projects to work on. Room for growth within the company. Opportunities to travel and understand more about the industry.

      Cons

      Location is still developing so it can be stressful. Sometimes hard to be heard my upper management since the industry is under a lot of pressure.

      Pros

      Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

      Cons

      Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
