It’s not possible to describe the environment, work ethic, social events, smiley faces, zero hierarchy, inspirational leaders, not only emphatic but also technically genius coaches, fresh fruits, OPEN TO NEW IDEAS! Just dream it: You can even criticize your leader and s/he most probably will answer like “Thanks for letting me know, It’s your “safety/speak up” moment. You’re definitely right. Let’s elaborate this topic”. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE. I do not just call only “ASML” in here, it’s my safe place I would rather to call “H.O.M.E” (Human Oriented Movement Establishers)

Instead of being grateful, my smart dutcies sometimes can be “complain-er”
