      Pros

      Good company, cutting edge technology, good benefits, very good people, a lot of opportunity for travel depending on your specific job.

      Cons

      The only real downside in my opinion, is not the company, but rather the industry. Semiconductor manufacturing is a fickle industry - when the industry is doing well, there is a lot of money to be made, but when things aren't going well, people lose their jobs.
